Religious life if not actually for Priests, monks, deacons, ect. but also for us as lay people. When it comes to vocations, most people think of the priesthood, that is actually not it. As lay people ,we can have a vocation to the married life, or, obviously, the holy life. So, we must strive for holiness and talk with God about what he is calling us to do.
The Mass, a very very very important part of being Catholic. As a Catholic, we strive to be saints, but not only that. We also strive to dedicate time each week to God The Father. Through the gift of the Mass, where we see Jesus in his full body blood soul and divinity, we can fulfil this obligation. In the mass, we become living tabernacles, not only of Jesus, but the word of God as well.
Eucharistic Adoration, one of the most beautiful things God has given to us. It is a time for prayer, reflection, and devotion, where we can deepen our relationship with God by adoring the Real Presence of Jesus. We can truly get this face to face time atleast one time every week. Just find somewhere near you with a weekly adoration time, and sign up!
